02. DESCRIPTION

The GRVCT7 entry point is used to check whether or not the balances of the chart of accounts can be updated, and is triggered within the function that records the accounting entry for the folder. It allows the customer to determine whether the account plan balances should be updated, ensuring that the update occurs according to the company’s established rules and criteria.

With GRVCT7, it is possible to implement specific validations that ensure account plan balances are handled in a controlled manner, preventing unauthorized updates and maintaining the consistency and accuracy of accounting records.
