Generation of ECF layout 6.00, adjustment of managerial views P200 and P400.
This documentation aims to assist in the generation of the ECF layout 6. For this layout, the following managerial views were edited:

  • L300A; 
  • P200; 
  • P400;

02. EXAMPLE OF USE

Creation of accounts in the Pivot Tables P200 and P400 concerning the lending, financing, and discount of credit bills held by Simple Credit Company (ESC).
The preconditions of this routine comprise:

  • Having an annual or quarterly accounting calendar;(CTBA010)
  • Having a record of accounting entries (CTBA102)
  • Having a managerial view record;(CTBA161)
    • Adjusting the files. CVE to contemplate the new accounts and nomenclatures according to manual ECF (reference plans for the calendar year 2020)
  • Having ledger configuration binding (CTBA130);
  • Performing the calculation of the annual or quarterly results (CTBA211);

03. BOOKKEEPING CENTER - ECF - CTBS001 

This routine consists of extracting data from the ECF bookkeeping. 

  1. Access the Managerial Accounting Module (SIGACTB) >Updates > Acct Bookkeeping > Bookkeeping Center (CTBS001)
  2. Select the ECF option, and click Add.
  3. Follow the steps by filling in the options according to the status of the company to be carried out;
  4. Perform integration with TAF (generating TAFST1);
  5. Click "Finish".
