Operation Details:

• • 0 - Disabling the Workflow: When set to 0, no workflow is generated for asset posting requests. The requests are handled directly, without additional approval or notification steps.
  • 1 - Only E-mail Submission: With this setting, when you request the posting of an asset, the system sends an e-mail notifying the relevant parties. This method provides a simple way to notify with no need for a formal workflow process.
  • 2 - Workflow via Fluig: When set to 2, the system updates the Fluig platform to manage the workflow for posting requests. This entails the creation of a formal work process that may involve several steps, approvals and monitoring of the status of the request, improving asset management traceability and efficiency.
