3.1. Objective

Allow the user to have access to the structure of documents published in the Fluig(GED), enabling:

  • Upload and download files

  • Creation and removal folders

  • Document view.

3.2. Use Guide

The control bar of the Datasul interface includes access to a window (Toaster style), which allows posting documents in GED. Figure 2.2.a shows the Document Center window in the Datasul option, where we can view and handle files generated by Datasul applications. The files in this area are kept in a user folder in the Datasul application server.

In Figure 2.2.b, we have the ECM option selected, where the specific user folder structure is presented in GED. From this screen, the user can perform the following operations:

Operations in Folders:

  • Create subfolder
  • Change folder name
  • Remove folder

Operations in Files:

  • Download file to local machine
  • Move file from folder
  • Delete file.
