Conversion of diagrams into BPMN 2.0
After the release 1.1 of Fluig, all process diagrams created within Fluig Studio now use the BPMN 2.0 infrastructure, allowing for the combined use of traditional components as well as new BPMN 2.0 components.
Conversion stages
Converting diagrams that are using the old infrastructure is a simple step.
If you have received a workflow component that was devised before release 1.1 of Fluig provided by third parties, approval environments or even acquired at Fluig store, it is important to follow the steps below for essential processes in your organization.
This alteration aims to offer the possibility for future expansion of these diagrams inside the Fluig platform.
To convert process diagrams devised in BPMN 1.0 version into BPMN 2.0 version, follow the steps bellow:
Firstly, find the diagram to be converted in your "diagrams" folder of the project in your development workspace in Fluig:
Next, open the diagram in the Process editor by double-clicking it.
The diagram will be converted automatically when the editor opens it:
- Afterwards, execute the export of the converted diagram to the Fluig server so that the alterations can be effectively applied to the process.
