Purpose

It consists of making information related to contracts available, displaying all date on uncovered stations, comparing what was estimated with what was performed, the station is considered uncovered when the amount of implementation material indicated is lower than what was defined in the services budget.

Query Fields

These fields are displayed in the query:

Station (Service Location): indicates the service station/location code
Station Description: indicates the service station/location description
Product Configured as Implementation Material: indicates the station product code
Product Description: indicates the product description
Estimated Amount: indicates the amount of material that must be sent to service location.
Amount Annotated: indicates the amount of material that must be sent to service location

Filters Used:

Today: considers the annotation day with present date;
Last 7 Days: considers the annotation period with seven days prior to today's date;
Last 15 Days: considers the annotation period with fifteen days prior to today's date;
Next 7 Days: considers the annotation period with seven days from today's date.
Next 15 Days: considers the annotation period with fifteen days from today's date;
