BPM

Form dates standardized when using different browsers

Now it is possible to use more than one browser and keep the dates used on forms standardized in a single format. To do so, an "inputFields" event is generated on the forms created from the Form Generator, which enables the date type fields to be always saved in the American standard (YYYY-MM-DD), keeping the data compatible and allowing you to manipulate them in reports, for example.

Please note:

Forms that already exist should be published again because the event is generated for the forms created by the Form Generator after saving them.


Platform

New search services in the Public API

Two new services are available in the Fluig Public API:

  • /public/wcm/findPages: it is the outsourcing of Fluig editable page queries. This is the same service used by  registration of pages;
  • /public/wcm/assembleMenu: it allows you to set up the structure of pages according to the registration hierarchy.


New methods available in the Public API

Two new methods in the Fluig Public API have been created in Users:

Both methods can only be executed by Fluig administrator users.


WCM

New option to export pages 

Now you can choose to export pages with or without the .WAR artifacts. To do so, access the Control Panel, press the tab WCM, press the option Import and Export Pages and then the option Export. In the message displayed, press "Yes, export artifacts" to confirm the export of pages along with their respective artifacts.


Fixes 

In that session, we have listed a few bugs that we fixed in that update to make sure everything runs smoothly on your platform.

  • Specific request query from your number without considering the filter by date.
  • Attribution of value of variables used in the Fluig initialization when performing your update. 
  • Display of the text entered for version/review to query the properties of a document after updating its physical file.

  • Fluig installation in directories containing spaces.

    Please note:

    Installation is not allowed in folders that contain spaces in their names.

  • Application of rules to disable a calendar component of a form in any given activity of a process when using the browsers Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.
  • Display of the View button - from the request query window - disabled when the fields Add Activity Data and Add Form Data are selected.
  • Display of the fields of the "List Tasks" process in the Fluig Mobile application and conformity to Fluig Style Guide.
  • Issuance of a notification about the removal of a document informing the user that has removed it.
  • Transfer of pending matters when the users involved have documents in common under approval.
  • Inclusion of articles from the source code – after pressing the button Source and editing the HTML code - in Document Browsing.
  • Use of an initial Timer activity regardless of the sequence number of the initial state that it represents.
  • Tweaks to increase performance when displaying the startup request window, making it quicker.
  • Disregard of blank spaces at the beginning or at the end of the registration of a user created on Fluig.
  • Validation of the name of a process event when exporting it from Fluig Studio to the Web, limiting it to 50 characters.
  • Moving processes when there is an automatic activity and, in its subsequent activity, it is necessary to choose the user or group that will receive it.
  • Creation of a new review when performing the check in of a published document  after modifying it and defining that a new review should be created.
  • Handling requests with sub-processes that have intermediate and final signal events.
  • Display of the value of a field in the form instead of the default description to enter a new record when the form is a single table storage and does not use the default description.
  • Execution of an intermediate Timer event when the previous activity is a parallel.
  • Feedback set for the user who was created by Fluig Identity and is accessing it for the first time, to be informed, when Fluig does not have licenses available, on the reason why they cannot access the platform.

  • Printing copy (controlled with or without a watermark) of a document published in document browsing.

    Note

    The documentation Java® runtime environment has been updated to provide more information on applet, which has an impact on the use of the controlled copy.


  • Tweaks made to disable saving forms with the fields INPUT/TEXTAREA and SELECT without the "name" attribute.
  • The fields “Quota (My Documents)" and "Space Used (My Documents)" that were available in the users' directory have been removed because they are no longer considered by the platform.
  • Creation of the folder My Documents for all users when updating Fluig or converting TOTVS | ECM to Fluig.

  • Feedback on the file name (PhysicalFile), the file size (Size) and related files (RelatedFiles) when using the method "WKDocument" to obtain information on a document.

    Note

    That data is not filled out when the document is not a physical file (folder or record).

  • Removal of items from the custom list in the settings of the widget Centralized Access.
