The Fluig 1.4.7 update news are detailed below:


More security in the Fluig update!

We want everyone to have the latest version of Fluig installed at all times, with the latest updates and fixes. Therefore, we have made things much simpler in this Fluig 1.4.8 update.

To enable this new feature, all users have to do is press CTRL + F5 in the browser or clear the cache files. From that moment on, users will have quicker access to new features, and will no longer have to clear the browser cache.

Multiple users in the assignment by form field mechanism

In this Fluig version, the assignment by form field mechanism has become even more flexible. Activities can be sent to more than one user: simply enter the registration number of the desired users, separated by “,” – coma.

ECM 

 Updating files is now more practical 

Updating files in Document Browsing is now much more practical for anyone who uses Internet Explorer 9. Now you can enjoy the drag and drop feature when using the Update File option available for the document. 

Style Guide

New icons available in the Style Guide

The Fluig Style Guide features new icons in this version:

    • Relationship cloud;
    • Mobile Message;  
    • Internal viewer.

Customize result presentations in the Quick Query widget

The Quick Query widget not features a Filter field, which allows creating customized filters and presenting only the desired contents in each page or community.


Amendments

In this session, we list a few bugs that we fixed in this update, which ensure that everything runs smoothly on your platform.

  • Application of a filter for a specific process, using associated form fields, to select and view Task Central requests.
  • Post searching based on hashtags including words with accents.
  • Movement of requests with consensus tasks configured with an assignment by group mechanism, whenever more than one group user is assigned as responsible for such task.
  • Completion of a form associated to a process that contains parallel activities by the user responsible for one of such activities, whenever the form has already been completed by the users of the parallel activity.
  • Presentation of contents posted in community timelines with parentheses in its names.
  • Use of the hAPI.setCardValue() in processes with Timer-type initial activities and associated forms.
  • Use of the assignment by form mechanism during the first activity of a process, whenever it has a manager.
  • Restoring versions of form records associated to a process immediately after editing data.
  • Sending push notifications based on each option’s settings in the Notification Center.

  • Using the ECMSearchDocumentService method with customized fields or metadata.

  • Document version display format in all locations in which the version is displayed in Fluig.
  • Document viewing when the session is kept open after losing network connection or restarting the Fluig server and the browser cookies were deleted.

  • Printing controlled copies of protocol documents when the applet use is enabled.

  • Viewing a request’s history after converting it to the new process version released.
  • Import of a process from the Web to Fluig Studio when there is a custom assignment mechanism associated with the process.
