BPM

Task Central for all

 Task Central now displays the same tasks chart to all network users, i.e. all of them can view the tasks of each type in the same order and in the same color. For example, My Requests are displayed in green to all users  and in the same order in the key, regardless of the number of existing requests of each type.

 

 

 

Style Guide 

Transformation of the checkbox element in switch component 

 The Style Guide now features the “FLUIGC.switcher.initAll”, which besides allowing the transformation of multiple checkbox elements in switch component, filtered by the child items of a certain node or by name, in case of Parent x Child forms, when necessary.

 oauthUtil object in process events

 The oauthUtil object can now be used in process events and in the creation of custom datasets. A generic object has also been added to consume oauth API of third parties.

WCM

 New option for creating and editing content

 The Content Editor widget now has a new option in the editor. Now you can also enter HTML codes in the editor to create or modify more elaborate and customized content with the features that the HTML language  provides. Just click on source code and enter the desired code.

 

 

Fixes

In this session, we have listed a few bugs we fixed in this update to make sure that everything runs smoothly on your platform.

  • Request operations on mobile devices when the process has an associated form and Oracle database is used.
  • Removal of files from the upload area after starting a request that has attachments through webservice.
  • View of files that are attachments to a request while it is in progress, and after it has been completed.
  • Display of images in the bannerSlideShow widget to users whose registration is different from their login.
  • Change of the field name on the screen of the assignment by user mechanism, in the activities configuration, from “User” to “User Registration”.
  • Display of the completion message for extraction of usage statistics, available on the General tab of the Control Panel.
  • Issuance of notification to users who are participants of a group when a task with group assignment mechanism is sent to the next step.
  • Unlock of the Notes field, on the process Note tab, as well as the form fields from the last activity when using Internet Explorer versions 10 and 11.
  • Selection of dates in the current calendar in a date-type form field on the platform mobile application when using the Android operating system.
  • Access to posted files and forms, as well as start of requests with Internet Explorer version 11.
  • Use of numerical data in main list records.
  • Creation of companies in an environment which uses Spanish as language and regional settings – through the Companies option in the WCM tab, when accessing the platform as user “wcmadmin”.
  • Physical file name displayed in the message that states that the user does not have permission to post documents in the specific folder.
  • View and download of attachments to workflow processes when the internal viewer is not used. 
  • Posting of documents using the drag and drop feature in the document browsing when using Mozilla Firefox. 
  • Form record editing when using the Oracle database.
  • Exclusion of inactive users when validating licenses during the conversion of ECM to Fluig.
  • Performance while using document browsing, improving the memory consumption of business objects.
  • Use of the uploadCardData method of the CardService webservice when the form record version is 1000.
  • Display of records when querying datasets of Parent/Child forms during workflow events.
  • Format and display of dates in workflow process forms in the Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer and Google Chrome browsers when using Portuguese (Brazil) as language and regional settings.
  • Export of forms that have Fluig Studio events to the web server.
  • Creation of a new review to change the documents configured to create a new review when their content is edited.
