In the latest layouts:

The revision is normally generated by the option, and it is necessary to fill the fields for the sake of legacy and functionality: Ledger Order Number/Ledger Nature

Procedure:

• Click LEDGER IMP
• After it is generated, position in the revision of ledger Z
• Click HASH CODE
• The following screen is displayed

• This will save the data in table CS1
• After that, click Sel Account

• The account selection screen is displayed;

After filling the records, the file can be generated and, with this, the text file will have the records I015/012.

If only the HASH CODE is filled out and no account is selected, the TXT will have the following descriptive message

É gerado a revisão normalmente pela opção e necessário preencher os campos por questão de legado e funcionalidade: Numero de Ordem do livro/Natureza do Livro

• Clicar em IMP RAZÃO;
• Após gerado posicionar na revisão do livro Z;
• Clicar em COD HASH;
• Será exibido a tela abaixo;

• Após isso clicar em Sel Conta;

• Exibição da tela de seleção de contas;

Após preenchimento dos cadastros poderá ser feito a geração do arquivo e com isso o arquivo em texto terá os registros I015/012.

Caso seja preenchido somente o COD HASH e não selecionado nenhuma conta o TXT contará com a seguinte mensagem descritiva:

O Cod.Hash no leiaute Z não é preenchido manualmente e caso tente ser preenchido será exibido um help na rotina.

Observamos também que se for realizado somente a marcação de contas pela opção SEL CONTA e não for preenchido a tabela CS1( opção COD HASH) não será gerado nenhum dos dois registros especificados para o livro Z.

Como era feito em leiaute anteriores:

Vale ressaltar que nos leiaute anteriores ao leiaute 7 na atualização de 26/04/2019 a forma em que era gerado os registros I012/I015 era por meio da opção SEL.CONTA na central de escrituração que gerava os registros I015 e com os dados na opção IMP RAZÃO Numero de Ordem do Livro e Natureza do Livro eram gerados os dados do registro I012 na tabela CS0.

It is worth noting that, in the layouts prior to layout 7 in the update of 26/04/2019 the way in which records I012/I015 were generated was through the SEL.ACCOUNT option in the bookkeeping center, that generated records I015, and with the data in the LEDGER IMP option Ledger Order Number and Ledger Nature, data were generated for record I012 in table CS0.
