Index:	Financial index code. Example: 04
Description:	Index description. Example: Index 04
Blocked:	Define whether the index is blocked. Select option 1 - Yes or 2 - No to fill out the content of this field.
Period:	Index periodicity. To fill out this field, select from the following options: 1 - Daily. 2 - Monthly. 3 - Quarterly. 4 - Biannually. 5 - Annually.
