It is possible to add variables that will be added along with the watermark:

  • Date: adds in the text the document printing date.
  • Printed byCópia para: adds in the text the name of the user who printed the document.
  • Time: adds in the text the document printing time.
  • Creation date: document creation date.
  • Update date: date of last document update.
  • Version/review: Version or review code of the document to be printed.

09. Click Save.

After inclusion, the watermark record will be displayed for selection when printing the controlled copy of the document.

In order for the watermark to be automatically applied when viewing and downloading the document, you need to link the desired watermark in the Platform ❙ Document properties

The Watermark feature does not work on PDF, TXT, PPTX, JPG, and PNG extensions. We recommend using this feature in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel files.
