01. Na página de login da empresa no Identity, informar o e-mail ou usuário da conta On the company's login page in Identity, enter the email or account user.

02. Informar a senha de acesso Enter the login password.

03. Acionar Entrar Click Sign in.

04. Access the My Safe id  application on your device and view the obtained code04. Acessar o aplicativo My Safe id em seu aparelho e visualizar o código obtido.

05. On the multi-factor authentication page in Identity, enter the token and click Continue05. Na página de autenticação multifator no Identity, informar o token e acionar Continuar.

Fazer login com a senha temporária

^{Apenas quem administra a empresa no Identity pode gerar senha temporária para os demais usuários, no momento do cadastro ou no gerenciamento. Quando é gerada uma senha temporária para o usuário, ele automaticamente não conseguirá mais acessar com a senha anterior.}

Logging in with the temporary password

Restaurar configuração de autenticação multifator (MFA)

^{Essa opção deve ser utilizada caso tenha ocorrido troca de aparelho ou exclusão da conta no aplicativo autenticador. Para utilizá-la, é necessário resgatar os códigos de recuperação armazenados no momento da configuração do MFA ou pela tela de Segurança do usuário. Caso tenha perdido o aparelho e não tenha os códigos de recuperação, a alternativa é entrar em contato com a administração da empresa e solicitar a restauração.}

01. Na página de login da empresa no Identity, informar o e-mail ou usuário da conta.

02. Informar a senha de acesso.

03. Acionar Entrar.

04. Na página de autenticação multifator no Identity, acionar a opção Perdeu o dispositivo?.

05. Nos campos indicados, preencher os três códigos de restauração de acordo com a ordem solicitada. ^{Image Removed Veja a imagem}

Restoring multi-factor authentication (MFA) configuration

^{This option should be used if there has been a change of device or deletion of the account in the authenticator application. To use it, you must redeem the recovery codes stored at the time of MFA setup or through the User Security screen (documentation in Portuguese language). If you have lost the device and do not have the recovery codes, the alternative is to contact the company's administration and request the restoration.}

01. On the company's login page in Identity, enter the email or account user.

02. Enter the login password.

03. Click Sign in.

04. On the multi-factor authentication page in Identity, click Lost device?

05. In the fields indicated, fill in the three restore codes according to the order requested.

06. Click Restore06. Acionar Restaurar.
