As regras para os anexos são condições ou pré-requisitos que podem ser definidos nos componentes Início e Atividade, que representam etapas de um processo. Elas podem exigir, proibir ou permitir anexos com algumas características específicas, tais como nome dos arquivos, extensões, quantidade de arquivos, dentre outras – independentemente dos anexos que já existem na solicitação, em etapas anteriores, por exemplo – garantindo que a etapa esteja completa e dentro dos critérios exigidos para que a solicitação possa seguir adiante.

The rules for attachments are conditions or prerequisites that can be defined in the Start and Activity components, which represent stages of a process. They can require, prohibit, or allow attachments with specific characteristics, such as file names, extensions, number of files, among others – regardless of the attachments that already exist in the request, in previous stages, for example – ensuring that the stage is complete and meets the criteria required for the request to proceed.

The rules for attachments can be:

• general: these are simpler rules aimed at requiring quantities of attachments;

• specific: these are rules that, combined with the general ones, allow for requiring specific characteristics of the attachments, such as name or extension;

• advanced: these are specific rules with conditions defined from special characters, each with its own meaning.

The rules aim to expedite the resolution of requests, as they prevent the request from being forwarded without the necessary content for analysis in the next step being complete or correct, for example, which would require the request to be returned for adjustments.

In this way, the rules help to avoid rework and delays in the resolution of requests, as well as aim to facilitate the analysis of each step and the understanding of what is being requested.

Order of rule verification

At the moment of moving the request to the next step, the rules for attachments of the current step are verified, and if any of them are not met, a message is displayed informing which rules have been met and which have not.

It is necessary for all rules to be met and all attachments to be valid for the step to be completed and the request to be sent to the next one. When an attachment is considered valid for a rule, it is not verified against the other rules. Therefore, there is an order in which the rules are verified, and it is important to consider this when creating the rules.

The order of rule verification for the attachments of the step is:

• 1º → The rules for quantity, name, and extension are verified. Valid attachments for each rule are analyzed. If any of the rules are not met, the validation message is displayed, and sending to the next step is not allowed.

• 2º → It is verified if there is a rule with any and if there is an attachment that has not met any previous rules. If so, the attachment will be considered valid, as it meets the rule with any (which is the last to be verified), and sending to the next step is allowed. Otherwise – there is no rule with any, but there is an attachment that has not met any previous rules – the validation message is displayed, and sending to the next step is not allowed, even if the other attachments have met the previous rules

Objetivo das regras

As regras têm como objetivo agilizar a resolução das solicitações, visto que evita que a solicitação seja enviada adiante sem que o conteúdo necessário para análise na próxima etapa esteja faltando ou esteja incorreto, por exemplo, o que exigiria o retorno da solicitação para que ele seja ajustado.

Desta forma, as regras ajudam a evitar retrabalhos e atrasos na resolução das solicitações, bem como visam facilitar a análise de cada etapa e o entendimento daquilo que está sendo solicitado.

Ordem de verificação das regras

No momento de movimentar a solicitação para a próxima etapa, as regras para anexos da etapa corrente são verificadas e, caso uma delas não seja atendida, é exibida uma mensagem informando quais regras foram atendidas e quais ainda não foram.

É necessário que todas as regras sejam atendidas e todos os anexos sejam válidos para que a etapa possa ser concluída e a solicitação enviada para a próxima. Quando um anexo é considerado válido para uma regra, ele não é verificado nas demais regras. Por isso, existe uma ordem na qual as regras são verificadas e é importante considerá-la ao criar as regras.

A ordem de verificação das regras para os anexos da etapa é:

• 1º → São verificadas as regras de quantidade, nome e extensão. São analisados os anexos válidos para cada regra. Se qualquer uma das regras não for atendida, a mensagem de validação é exibida e o envio para a próxima etapa não é permitido.

• 2º → É verificado se existe uma regra com qualquer um e se existe um anexo que ainda não atendeu a nenhuma regra anterior. Em caso afirmativo, o anexo será considerado válido, pois atende à regra com o qualquer um (que é a última a ser verificada) e o envio para a próxima etapa é permitido. Caso contrário – não existe regra com o qualquer um, mas existe um anexo que não atendeu a nenhuma regra anterior – a mensagem de validação é exibida e o envio para a próxima etapa não é permitido, mesmo que os demais anexos tenham atendido às regras anteriores.
