This parameter determines whether to generate a workflow for fixed asset posting requests, affecting how to process these requests in the system.

- A company may choose to disable the workflow (0) in a test environment or when requests involve low risk.
- If the organization wants to ensure all posting requests are properly revised, it can choose to activate the workflow via Fluig (2), implementing a formal approval process.
- When a notification is enough and a formal process is not required, the only e-mail submission (1) setting may be ideal.
