Speaking of publishing image in community ...
In the existing Images in the communities it is possible to make the publication of images and photos, and manage them.
This tab only appears if the administrator or moderator enable it in the community, i.e. define the community allows the publication of images.

The supported formats for adding images in communities are: JPG, JPEG and PNG. In addition to images with the CMYK coloring pattern. |

Basic Path
To post multiple images in the community, follow the steps below:
01. In the community where the images will be posted, click the icon 
below the Post in field. This icon represents the posting of images.
02. The user's workstation will open for image selection.
03. Images will appear in thumbnails next to the posts bar.
04. If you want to add images directly from the image gallery, click the icon .
05. The image gallery will be displayed. Select the desired images.
06. The images will appear in thumbnails next to the posts bar.
07. You can add text to the post with the images. You can also add emojis next to the post via the icon 
.
08. Click Post.

You can post in more than one place at the same time through Post In. When pressing this field, the communities in which the user concerned has permission will be listed. You can post in up to three different communities. |
Publish an image in a community

01. In the community in which the image is published, the Images tab.

04. Confirm the inclusion of the image.
Post to multiple communities from one community

01. Access the community in which you wish to post;
02. With the image of the post already embedded next to the publish bar, click Post in;

Alternative Paths
The list of communities will be displayed;
04. Select the desired communities. You can choose as many communities as you wish. There are no limits to adding communities;

Note that selected communities will be highlighted in tag format. If you want to swap or remove any community just click the X next to each community name. The post will be made in the first selected community and displayed as shared in the other communities. |
05. You can add text to the post with the images. You can also add emojis next to the post via the icon .
06. Click Post.
Show Image Published in Community

01. In the community from which the image is displayed, press the tab Images .
02. In the listing displayed, locate the image being displayed and click on it to open it.

Rename Image Published in Community

01. In the community where the image is published, the Images tab.
02. In the listing displayed, locate the picture you want to rename.

05. Enter a new name for the image.
06. Press Save.
Remove Image Published in Community

01. In the community where the image is published, the Images tab.
02. In the listing displayed, locate the image to be deleted.

05. In the confirmation message that appears, press Yes to complete the deletion or Not to drop out of the action.
Upgrade physical file of the image Published in Community

05. Drag and drop (drag and drop) the physical file updated image or press Browse file to locate and select it on the workstation.
06. Trigger Upgrade.
Share Image

Get Link of the image

To activate this option, the link address for the image is copied to the Clipboard, allowing it to be shared on other sites, such as documents, tools, e-mails etc. If the browser used does not support sending the URL to the clipboard, when pressing Copy link, a table is presented containing the selected link and it is necessary to press "Ctrl + C" to copy it effectively. It is possible that some users cannot view the contents for which the link directs due to access permissions. |
Show image Shares
View image shares

01. In the community where the image was posted, click the Images tab.
02. The image gallery will be displayed, click on the orange square 01. Fire the frame that contains the number of times the image was shared, located on the icon image sharing.
