Save drafts from
your work
Now when the device has no Internet access, all the work is saved
The drafts were created to avoid that the user loses information when the device is no longer connected to the Internet, or connection is momentarily lost. In this way, it is possible to save the action that was being performed on the device, and when the connection is restablished, it is possible to send the information again, avoiding rework. It is possible to store drafts of processes, documents and collaboration:
- Processes: new requests or request moving (execution of activities);
- Documents: publication of documents;
- Collaboration: new posts and post comments.
This resource is available from the main menu, where all the drafts
saved on the device and that have not yet been sent are listed.
Access your favorite
documents even without internet
Your favorite documents up to 5 MB will be downloaded automatically.
Most of the time, the favorite documents are most accessed that the
other ones, since they are important for the user’s routine. In order
to make the viewing of these documents easier in Fluig Mobile,
favorite documents up to 5 MB will be automatically downloaded when
the device is connected to a Wi-Fi network (when connected to mobile
phone networks - 3/4G, this feature will not run in order to avoid the
excessive use of data plan). This way, it is not necessary to wait for
the download to view a favorite document. In order to use this
feature, go to Fluig Mobile settings and enable the option "Favorite
synchronization".
Landscape
orientation support
For optimal viewing of content, change the orientation of the device.
Smartphones have a smaller screen when compared to tablets. This
reduces the information that can be viewed at Fluig Mobile. Now, to
change the orientation of your smartphone (either Android or iPhone),
the content will be automatically adjusted, using the area available
for displaying information.
Ordering pending
tasks in the Task Central
Execute priority tasks within the time limit, regardless of volume
When there is a high number of tasks to be executed, it is possible
that the implementation period for some activities finishes, and their
status is then marked as delayed. To avoid this, it is now possible to
order pending tasks according to the date of creation, facilitating
the prioritization and execution process.
Add attachments to a request, directly from your mobile device
Are you away from the office and want to add attachments to a request? Use the Fluig Mobile
In certain processes, it is necessary for the user to add an
attachment to be able to send the request for the next activity. Until
then, it was only possible to perform this action through the web.
However, it is now possible to add attachments via a mobile device
with Fluig Mobile. Upload new attachments ("Upload Attachment"), or
select a file already published on Fluig as an annex (“Annex GED").
Furthermore, the safety of process attachments is respected in Fluig
Mobile (view, removal, post, etc), as defined in the modeling process.

Comment, support and view document comments
In document browsing, as well as viewing comments and document
supports, it is possible to interact by commenting and supporting
documents.
New Favorite menu
Quick access to favorites, regardless of the action that is being executed in the application
Favorites are created according to the activities carried out on a daily basis in order to facilitate access to certain information necessary for the execution of daily activities. With the new favorite menu, as well as allowing the access to process and document favorites, it contemplates the new collaboration favorites - community and users, providing a quick access to favorites, helping in the decision making for the execution of workflow tasks, or for viewing specific information.

communities through mobile devices
Create forms for field surveys and collect responses via Fluig Mobile
The forms in communities can be used for several purposes: internal
research, training registration, requests, among others. From now on,
it is possible to respond to forms through the application for mobile
devices. With this new feature, it is possible to explore even further
the use of forms, since by using the Fluig Mobile, you do not need to
be physically in the office: field research, client survey
information, and several other types of applications for the use of
forms are now possible. And after collecting data, it is possible to
analyze them on Fluig.
View articles in
communities
Stay on top of all the news published in communities
Articles are very interesting resources for disclosing content that
deserves a special mention, or that is long and the publication
resource (posts) cannot be used. When creating an article, it is
possible to create a rich content, formatting and adding images to it.
And through Fluig Mobile, it is possible to view articles, without
losing the formatting and images that have been added in its creation.
Moreover, it is possible to interact on articles, commenting and
supporting them, as well as viewing other users' interactions.

Keeping Fluig updated has became easier.
Fluig has an update cycle, where new versions of the product are
periodically released. To help keep Fluig updated, Fluig
administrators receive notification when a new version of Fluig is
available. In addition, it is possible to check which Fluig version is
being used at the footer of the pages.

When creating a list, it is possible to define that the information storage is made in the database. For large volumes of data, it is recommended that this option is used in order to facilitate the extraction of data through reports.

Support to the new standard format of processes
Save time and avoid rework by importing processes in XPDL
format to Fluig
Have you got processes modeled in other tools
and wish to import them to Fluig? Export them to the XPDL (XML Process
Definition Language) format, and import it to Fluig through the Fluig
Studio.
Note: If the tool used adds Specific information that is not
following the XPDL standard, such information will be ignored and will
not be imported into Fluig.

In order to facilitate the use of notations BPMN 1.0 and 2.0, Fluig Studio has a unified perspective with all components. To switch between BPMN notation 1.0 and 2.0, activate the options "Basic mode" and "Advanced mode", respectively. For projects created before this unification, Fluig Studio will automatically perform the conversion to the new format.

At the document navigation, find out which of them have already been accessed
When there are many documents in a folder, it might be hard to know
which of them have already been seen, whether because they are new or
because they had new versions published. Now the documents have a
highlight to identify those that have not yet been seen by the user in
the document navigation.
Support to LDAP authentication
Added support to LDAP authentication in the Outlook integration plugin.
LDAP is an authentication protocol used to facilitate users' access to the tools used by the organization. Now, it is possible to use the Fluig plugin for Outlook using LDAP credentials (username/password).
Search quick actions
Now, in the search, the documents have quick actions directly on search results
When searching, documents that are shown in it are quickly handled, such as editting metadata, downloading and even deleting it from the repository, always validating it with the document security.
Control the safety of which users can download and print
Create security policies per group or per user for access to the document
Instead of having an overall setting that the document cannot be downloaded or printed, now on the document and folder tab, users with full permission to the document define if groups or individuals can download and print them. This makes it easier for more sensitive documents not to be easily copied.

Create forms in community to collect data
In some situations, data collection is important to evaluate an action
carried out within the organization, or to assist in defining future
actions. In order to facilitate this process, it is possible to create
forms in communities. By enabling the form resource in a community, it
is possible to create a form with fill-out rules in a quick and easy
manner, without the need for technical knowledge. Set the period in
which the form will be available and extract the data collected.
Share the knowledge
Do you wish to spread the content of posts or documents with your followers or communities? Share.
It is now possible to share documents and posts with your followers, communities or as a link. The action can be accessed by the posts within the communities or through the document navigation.
Make
disclosures with more emphasis
Disclosures are further emphasized through articles
Some disclosures need special emphasis, and a community post cannot provide it. For such, enable the posting of articles in communities. With articles, it is possible to create a rich content - formatted and with images, for disclosing content where a post does not allow, whether due to its emphasis or the size of the content to be disclosed. Through a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor, it is possible to create rich content in just a few minutes. This content can be viewed on the web and on the mobile device application.
New favorites
Quick access to the community and users through favorites
As well as the traditional favorites of documents and processes, it is
now possible to have favorite users and communities. Do you actively
participate in a community, or want to view posts from a specific user
(such as your superior)? Add them to your favorites, and have quick
access to them, either via web or through the application for mobile
devices

With several slots per widget, it is possible to better explore the content that will be shown
The widgets allow quick and easy information access or view when a
page or community is accessed. With support to several widgets per
slot, it is possible to add further information without changing the
layout.

Configure the widgets according to the information that will be shown
A few widgets need small parameterizations to show the content. In
order to configure a widget, edit the desired page through the WCM and
change the desired setting.

In an organization, a few pieces of information cannot be accessible to all employees, for several reasons. If it is necessary to restrict the widget content, access Fluig Control Panel, and in the WCM session, apply the necessary settings under the “Widget” item.
Measure the use of Fluig in your organization
Get usage statistics for Fluig through Google Analytics
Follow the use of Fluig in your organization though Google Analytics.
Access Fluig’s Control Panel and in the WCM session, inform the
monitoring code from Google Analytics. After that, the navigation data
in Fluig will be available at Google Analytics.
Update procedure
In order to update Fluig 1.0.0 to Fluig 1.1.0, it is necessary to perform the following steps:
- By executing the Fluig installation media and selecting the “Update” option, make sure there is no application connected to Fluig’s database. The update routine needs exclusive access to database;
- Enable the access to the license service at Fluig, allowing access to the address https://version.fluig.com (port 443) in the local network where Fluig is installed;
- Fluig 1.1.0 uses slot 4012 in hardlock. In cases of migration from TOTVS | ECM 3.0 or Fluig 1.0.0, it is necessary to request a new license through your service channel.
