Speaking of History...

This feature displays a history of the documents viewed by the user – regardless of whether they are favorites or not - within the selected time, such as images, videos, spreadsheets, among others.

The authenticated user can view only their own history, not other user’s.



Access history

01. In the Main Menu, click Favorites.

02. Click History.

03. Select the option that determines the range of time of the history to be viewed.

The available options are:

  • Today;
  • Yesterday;
  • 1 Week;
  • 2 Weeks;
  • 3 Weeks.

04. View the existing documents in the history according to the selected time.



View document displayed in the history

01. In the History window, select the option that determines the range of time containing the document to be viewed.

02. Find the document and click on the link shown when hovering the mouse cursor over its name.

03. View the document content.

04. Click Close to return to the History window.
