Speaking of task summary...
The task summary shows an overview of tasks associated to the user, through charts and captions.
The graph shows the amount of requests that are pending, late and opened by the user, the amount of documents pending approval and documents posted by the user pending approval, learning activities, etc.
Users can access tasks from the chart. By selecting the chart area that represents tasks to be viewed, a corresponding tab is displayed.
In the Task Summary window you can also start a request, clicking Start new request, located on the upper right corner.
Task summary
01. From the main menu, click Task central.
02. View the task summary graphic and its captions in the Task summary tab.
When accessing task central, task summary is displayed automatically.
To view the task summary after viewing any other option in the task central, click the Task summary tab.
Start request
01. After accessing the Task Central, click Start new request on the upper right corner.
When pressing this option, it displays the window in which you can start requests for available processes. For more information, see Start requests.
