In this group, you can manage the company’s data volume and control Digital Signature licenses, if enabled;

Digital signature: this feature allows digitally signing a posted document or process activity;

Literals: allows clients to change the system’s literals configured by the .properties files of WCM, widgets or layouts, to an existing platform language;

Volumes: the platform allows posted documents to be stored in different volumes according to the system administrator’s settings, in order to optimize the distribution of physical documents;

Configuration of audit events: this feature registers platform events focused on audits. These are basically logs recording the creation, editing and deletion of business items.

Learning synchronization: in the learning environment, it is possible to have access to all learning activities that you attend or manage. It is possible to track information about classes, training, content, pending activities, notices, among others.
