Speaking of EAI console...

The EAI console is the tool provided by the EAI 2.0 that allows you to manage all aspects related to integration management, from EAI settings, message activation, registration of external applications and query of sent/received messages. EAI Console access is restricted to the company’s administrator.

There is a default routine on the platform that is responsible for processing message sending and receiving via EAI Console. For more details, see Process EAI Messages.

In the Monitor tab you search for all messages received and sent by the EAI console. You can search by a specific message UUID, application (external or host), the status of the message, the type of transaction or stating a period.

Settings tab allows you to enable which transactions are available for integration. You can set whether the transaction is enabled to send (send), receive (receive) or both (both). You can also configure the external applications that will be integrated into the platform.

Acces EAI Console


01. In the main menu, place the mouse over Learning.

02. Click Manage.

03. Place the mouse over Manage.

04. Click on EAI console.

05. View the EAI console and the options available for integration messages management.
