WebDAV (Web-based distributed authoring and versioning) is a HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol) extension that allows users to jointly edit and manage files in remote Web servers.
The platform uses WebDAV to edit file contents based on software compatible with this protocol, such as Microsoft Word.
