Speaking of gamification ...

Gamification aims to engage users of the platform in a variety of activities, allowing for monitoring the results obtained and the progress achieved.

Through engagement actions users can earn titles, trophies, achievements, acquire experience in certain areas of knowledge, and strengthen their profiles on the platform.

Engagement activities can be as diverse as, for example, accessing the platform, posting contents, supporting posted content, joining communities, among others. Those activities score points that contribute to a user's advancement.

For this option to be displayed in the Applications container in the Control Panel, acquire the Gamification component from TOTVS Store.


View related information to gamification


01. In the main menu, click Control Panel, then check Application container and click Gamification.

02. View the information related to gamification in its respective tabs.



Add level


01. Click the tab Levels.

As you click that tab, you can view the window in which you can manage the levels of experience that can be acquired by users. Detailed information can be obtained from Levels.



Add team


01. Click the tab Teams.

As you click that tab, you can view the window in which you can manage the teams to which the users can be related. Detailed information can be obtained from Teams.



Add attribute


01. Click the tab Attribute.

As you click that tab, you can view the window in which you can manage the attributes and skills that can be acquired by users. Detailed information can be obtained from Attributes.



Add event group


01. Click the tab Event groups.

As you click that tab, you can view the window in which you can manage the event groups that occurred on the platform and score points. Detailed information can be obtained from Event groups.



Add event


01. Click the tab Events.

As you click that tab, you can view the window in which you can manage the events performed on the platform and score points. Detailed information can be obtained from Events.



Add values


01. Click the tab Values.

As you click that tab, you can view the window in which you can define the score for each attribute as each event occurs. Detailed information can be obtained from Values.



Add multiplier


01. Click the tab Multipliers.

As you click that tab, you can view the window in which you can define the score multipliers for each event. Detailed information can be obtained from Multipliers.



Add title


01. Click the tab Titles.

As you click that tab, you can view the window in which you can manage the titles that can be awarded to users according to their achievements. Detailed information can be obtained from Titles.



Add trophy


01. Click the tab Trophies.

As you click that tab, you can view the window in which you can manage the trophies that can be awarded to users according to their achievements. Detailed information can be obtained from Trophies.



Add achievement


01. Click the tab Achievements.

As you click that tab, you can view the window in which you can manage the achievements that can be earned by users when they interact on the platform. Detailed information can be obtained from Achievements.



Add ranking


01. Click the tab Ranking.

As you click that tab, you can view the window in which you can manage user rankings in the engagement activities. Detailed information can be obtained from Ranking.



Add ranking group


01. Click the tab Ranking group.

As you click that tab, you can view the window in which you can manage the ranking groups that are displayed in the ranking widget. Detailed information can be obtained from Ranking groups.
