Speaking of supporting folders or documents...

This feature allows users to express support for a document or a folder available in the document browsing structure, indicating that the content is interesting, important, or helped them at some point, among others.

Remember that there are several types of documents, such as an extension file supported by the platform, an article, an external document, and others. Forms are the only type of document that cannot be supported.



Support folder or document


01. After finding the folder or the document for which you wish to express your support, click on the Support icon, located in the social activities area to the right of its name.

When clicking on Support, represented by the colorless button, a user is added to the total number of users supporting the respective document; the icon becomes colored, indicating that the feature is enabled. 


Cancel support for a folder or document


01. Find the folder or document for which you wish to cancel support.

02. Click on the Cancel support icon, located in the social actions area to the right of the document or folder name.

When clicking on Stop support, represented by the colored icon, a user is removed from the total number of users supporting the respective document; the icon is displayed without any color.


View supporters of a folder or document


01. Find the folder or document for which you wish to view the supporters.

02. Click on the number displayed over the Support icon, located in the social actions area to the right of the folder or document name.

03. Display users who support the folder or document.
