Speaking of mirroring documents...

A mirror document is a traced copy of the original document, i.e., when changes are made to the original document, they are automatically transferred to the mirror document. The same occurs if changes are made to the mirror document: they are also mirror automatically transferred to the original document.

In folders where the user has permission, the document can be mirrored without requiring approval, even if the original document or the target folder have approval settings configured.

The platform does not allow mirroring folders.

This resource is not available in fluig Mobile, so mirrored documents will not be displayed in the application. For more information on fluig Mobile resources, see the Recursos do My Fluig documentation.

Mirror a document

01. Access the location where the document is posted.

02. Select the document.

03. Click on the Mirror option, found on the actions bar.

04. Find and select the target folder and click on Mirror.

05. View the mirror document in the folder chosen as the target.

The mirror document is created in the destination folder, containing the same code as the original document and identified by an arrow icon. See the picture
