Speaking of viewing request details...

When opening a request, you can view its details, such as the diagram and instructions of the process to which it belongs, as well as documents attached to it, the form, time sheets, if any, among other information.

View request details

01. After selecting and opening the request, view its form, if any.

You can view the data filled out in the request execution. You can print the form data by clicking the Print button, located below the form.

02. Click the Details tab to view more information on the process, its diagram and instructions.

A process flow diagram makes it easier to identify the current task and check potential forward and backward flows.

03. Click the Add-ons tab to view the notes that have been included in the request.

This tab displays the record of all request transactions, the activities run to date, the person responsible and date of implementation of each activity, attachment history, as well as the notes made by each user.

When the process has been configured to allow adding Add-ons to requests (Additional option - process properties requests enabled), you can insert notes even if the request is not under the authenticated user’s responsibility.

When querying users of a pooled activity and a task is selected using the mechanism for a group or a role, you can view the users through the Add-ons tab by clicking on “Display users”, which will allow you to even take on the task. In addition to the login, the new implementations allow you to view the user name, enabling search by user via Search, as well as Sorting and Paging, further enhancing usability when handling information.

04. Click the Attachments tab to view the documents attached to the request.

This tab allows viewing documents that are attached to the request. It is possible to view the selected attachments, as long as you have viewing permission. An information message is displayed in case the user does not have permission to view the attachment.

When the process has been configured to allow adding Add-ons to requests (Additional option - process properties requests - enabled), you can insert attachments even if the request is not under the authenticated user’s responsibility.

05. Click the Annotations tab to view the time sheets recorded in the request activities.

This tab displays the history of hours recorded for this request. It is only displayed if the process has any activity that requires recording the hours worked.
