Speaking of task monitoring...

It enables checking the information on the tasks under my management. That allows viewing the status of the activities that are delayed or within the deadline and also the tasks about to expire and generating a report containing the activity status list. It also features Load analysis, which shows the process design and its summary, so that it is possible to identify the activities that require greater development.

Inicial configuration

The purpose of task monitoring is to allow viewing the status of activities that are within the deadline, late or about to expire. Thus, in addition to having a Manager, activities need to have their completion deadline configured so that they are available on the monitor.

01. Click the properties of the activity to be configured.

02. On the General tab, configure the Completion Deadline field.

For more details on how to properly configure the expiration deadline, go to the Configure activities and flows documentation.

03. Click Confirm.

Remember

It is important to note that the configured settings are valid only after the process version is released. In other words, the activities whose process version was not released will not be shown on the monitor.
