Enables you to import records registered in chart of accounts, cost centers and value classes, in .CSV format, helping the startup parameterization process in Management Accounting module.
To import records, the following fields must be duly filled out in the Chart of Accounts routine: System Branch, Ledger Account, Ledger Account Description or Name, Classification, Regular Condition, System Branch, Account Code, Entity Code, Referential Plan Code, Referential Account, and Cost Center Code.
Import is only effective if the routine receiving the information is blank, that is, with no records.
Procedures
Importing files:
1. In Chart of Accounts, click Related Features and select Import.
A window is displayed to import the chart of accounts structure.
2. Locate the file, in .CSV format, to import and confirm it.
