Association to Managerial View (CTBA130 - SIGACTB)

To make an association to Managerial View means that an accounting book must be first created ant then associated directly to the Managerial View. When associating printing of a report with the book configuration, the Managerial View will be printed.

Example:

Suppose that the company "ABC Placas Eletrônicas" has a large chart of accounts and for managerial purposes, it has prepared a managerial view to be displayed to the President, so they must:

1. Register Managerial View

First, the Managerial View must be created. The configuration criteria varies according to the company's requirements.

2. Register Book Configuration

A book must be created based on the following example:

Note the relationship between the account cover and the book. In this case, when requesting printing of the book, all ledger accounts in the Managerial View File will use the associated accounting cover.

3. Model 1 Trial Balance Sheet Report

To print a report with the view of the Panamanian Factory Management, configure the parameters and answer to the question Book Config. Code? with the number of the related book.

4. Final Result - Trial Balance

Managerial View 001 will be printed on the Trial Balance.
