Speaking of process image generator...
This feature allows generating the process diagram image shown in request transactions – where users can view the entire process, the request’s current process task, and the details of each activity – for pending requests converted from ECM 3.0 to the platform.
Basic path
01. From the main menu, click Control panel.
02. Click the General tab.
03. Click Process image generator.
04. Click Generate diagrams to generate the process image for requests pending images.
05. Click Ok in the pop-up window.
Alternative path
Check whether there are requests with no process image
01. Click Update in the Process image generator window.
02. Check if requests pending process images were found.
If so, simply follow the basic path steps to generate the pending images.
