The Profile 360 is a functionality aiming at obtaining all interactions of a determined account, concentrated in a single location, through the capturing of data from several points of interaction of the account with other entities, processes and actions in a company.
The main purpose of this routine is to provide through the grouping of data from several points of contacts with customer or prospect. Therefore, it provides quick access to information related to the account aiming at making business decisions and strengthening the relationship through a full view of the account status.
The Profile 360 concentrates all routines related to the account, subdivided in contexts.
Use of Routines from Profile 360
- To access the routines from Profile 360, access Updates/Sales/Accounts/Accounts.
- Place a customer, then click Other Features/Profile 360.
- The menu is displayed according to data registered in User Roles routine.
