Entries in Personnel Management module must have codes from A01 to Z99.
The file SRZ (Payroll Summary) contains values of budgets by cost center and these must be entered in the standard entry.
Example:
SRZ -> RZ - Value indicates the allocated budget.
SRZ -> RZ-CC - Indicates Cost Center of the budget.
SRZ -> RZ-Type - "_" for Payroll and 13 for Year-end Bonus.
The following table shows some examples of codes x entries. However, this is not a fixed relation; for accounting of payroll budgets, the user defines code attribution, which must be within the range A00-Z99. |
