This option confirms check write-off or settlement.
When check clearance is confirmed, you can enter complementary data, such as payee name and check history, if necessary.
Procedures
Clearing checks:
- In Related Features, select Clear.
- Select the checks to be cleared.
- Check data and enter Payee, Class and Check History if necessary.
- Confirm the clearance.
