The closing option consists of transferring the cash remaining value to bank/branch/supplier account. Once the cash is closed it is not possible to add an entry.
Cash is only closed (in red) when there are no pending accounts.
Procedures
To close a cash:
- In Maintenance, select the cash required and click Closing.
- The cash is closed and its status is red.
