This register determines the Situations available to be used on the financial clearing document. In it, the combination of situation, document type and additional fields necessary for the inclusion of the SIAFI - Federal Government Integrated System of Finance Administration document are available.
The block of variable fields, displayed on the screen, represents additional data that must be entered for an specific situation and document type. Each situation may have one or more types of documents and variable fields associated.
On the block of document types, the section of which the variable field is available is informed.
Example
Informed on a financial clearing document the Situation ENC001 - INSS Patronal Duty acknowledged through the GPS with the document type FL - Payroll, is enabled on the Duties section the field GPS Code on the complement with the properties entered on the register.
What is SIAFI?
Is the Federal Government Integrated System of Finance Administration that consists on the main instrument used for registration, follow-up and control of the judicial execution of quotations, finance and assets of the Federal Government.

Procedures
To view:
- Select a financial clearing document situation.
- Click View.
- You may view the blocks of Situation, Document Type and Variable Fields.
- Click Close.
