To generate file pre formatted to import EDISC, you must follow procedures below:
1. In Normative Instruction, system displays the routine description screen.
2. Click Parameters.
The parameters screen is displayed.
3. Complete the parameters, noting the following data:
Start Date?
You do not have to inform the interval of dates because the system searches the records through the trip number.
End Date?
You do not have to inform the interval of dates because the system searches the records through the trip number.
Normative Instruction?
Enter the configuration file name without the .INI extension. For this magnetic media, enter EDISC.
Target File?
Enter the destination file name where the information is generated. Example: EDISC.XML
File extension can be (.xml) so it can be imported by the validation program. |
Directory?
Indicate the directory name where the text file generated from the calculation is saved. Ex: C:\EDISC\
Select Branches ? (available from version 8.11)
Indicate if the branches to be processed are selected. When entering No, only current branch is considered; when selecting Yes, system displays a screen in which you must select branches to be considered.
4. Confirm routine parameters and specific parameters of EDISC are displayed.
Trip Number
Enter a valid number for the trip.
5. Check parameters and confirm them.
