To generate the DFMS - Belém PA:
1. In Tax Records module, option Miscellaneous/Magnetic Files/Normative Instructions, click Parameters.
2. The routine parameters are displayed.
3. Configure the data, completing the following parameters:
Start Date?
Enter the initial date for processing the Normative Instruction.
End Date?
Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.
Normative Instruction?
Enter the configuration file name without .INI extension. In this case, enter the DFMS.
Target File?
Enter the destination file name where the information is generated.
Directory?
Enter the directory's name where the text file created is saved.
Select Branches?
Indicate if the branches to be processed are selected. When entering No, only current branch is considered; when selecting Yes, system displays a screen in which you must select branches to be considered.
4. After routine parameters are completed and confirmed, the DFMS specific parameters are displayed.
Company City Registration
Enter the taxpayer's municipal subscription number.
Version
Enter the DFMS authenticator version. The current version is 4.00.02. Enter only the three first places, without the period. Example: 400.
Simples Nacional Taxpayer
Enter if this company is a Simples Nacional taxpayer.
