This routine adds impediments of visits and/or deliveries to customers or group of customers of sales structure.
The restrictions can be registered by Customers, or by Group of Customers but not both at the same time.
The visits restriction are considered in the automatic scheduling of representatives in the sales administration; delivery restrictions are considered in the delivery window of the Load Assembly, OMS environment.
Procedures
To add a visit and delivery restriction:
1. In Visit Restriction, select option Add.
The system displays the add screen.
2. Fill in the data according to help instructions.
3. Check information and confirm it.
