  • Sales Structure (FATA070 - SIGAFAT)


This routine allows to organize, hierarchically, groups, representatives and Business Units of a structure.

From the definition of the structure it is possible to query sales opportunities and its stages, making visit notes, schedule representative visits, among other options.


Procedures

Registering a business structure:

  1. In Business Structure, view, at the right side of the screen, Options.
  2. Select the option Attach Sales Unit. The system shows a register of available Business Units.
  3. After adding a Business unit, add a Sales Team to the structure.
  4. Click the Business Unit and select the option Attach Group. The system displays the Representative Group Register.
  5. Select the group of representative and confirm. The system displays the confirmation request window.
  6. Next, place the cursor on the desired group, click Options and select Attach Representative. The system shows the Sales Representative Register. Select and confirm. The system shows the business structure according to the selected hierarchy.
  7. Click OK to confirm the inclusion of the sales structure and leave the routine.


Important:

  • Click the right button of the mouse on the windows to add / delete groups, representatives, view entities and query searches.
  • Before making the Business Unit addition process to the Structure, register Business Unit, Groups of Representatives and Sales Representatives.
  • If accessing the Structure through the work Area, it will be possible to edit, add ou delete registers. The user can only view or query register according to its accesses.


ADL (Sales Representative Account Control)

The purpose of parameter MV_CRMADL is to parameterize the use of the ADL (Sales Representative Account Control) list in the processes of sales administration in CRM and Invoicing. Standard, the parameter must be enabled as True. But, if the administration processes are used only the CRM module, the parameter must be disabled.


Procedures

  1. The value of parameter MV_CRMADL is standard True (.T.) and allows the maintenance of ADL and its functionalities.
  2. If the parameter is changed to False (.F.), the ADL processing will not take place and the routine Work Area of Invoicing will be blocked, because it uses ADL data in its process.
