Speaking of personal data...


This screen shows all data requested to users that use fluig and marked as personal data. There are three types of personal data:

Use the data listed on this screen in personal data anonymization and exporting routines, as well as the audit events routine.

This item is applied in accordance with the enactment of the Brazilian General Data Protection Regulation (LGPD or LGPDP) in the organization.

Access personal data


01. In the main menu, select Control Panel, check the Security and access group and click Personal data.

02. View list of personal data.

This list shows all information classified as personal data.


Add personal data

01. Click Add personal data.

This will open a screen to enter the information, already populated with the name and description of the table. You cannot change these fields.

You can only enter records of Additional Data attributes. To enter Form fields, use form editors.

02. Enter the required information.

Required information:

Attribute
Field identifier that stores this data. The personal data attribute must be written exactly the same as the respective key of the additional data See image

Attribute description
Description of the field that stores this data.

Type
Allows selecting a type of data for the field, based on the personal information stored.
Available types: Name, Email, CPF (Individual Taxpayer's Registry), RG, Driver’s license, Work card, Voter ID, Passport or others, depending on the type of component to which privacy is being configured.

Is this data sensitive?
Indicates that the data is classified as sensitive and will be informed in the user data report (Data Export).

Sensitive data is data on racial or ethical origin, religious beliefs, political opinions, affiliation to a union or organization of a religious, philosophical or political nature, data regarding health or sex life, and genetic or biometric data, when linked to an individual.

Is it possible to anonymize this data?
Enable this option if the chosen data type must be concealed.
Enabling this option indicates that the data may be concealed from the database, if the data owner requests anonymizationAnonymized fields no longer have a value. User data are not shown in registries and form data are not shown in forms.  See image

Anonymizable personal data are typically those that allow identifying the owner of the data (e.g. CPF number of voter ID).

Some personal data that do not allow such identification, such as date of birth, which is a personal datum because it relates to a specific person, but is not anonymizable. The date itself is not enough to identify the data owner.

Classification and justification
Specifies the reason for data request and the intended use purpose.

Classification: Classification allows selecting which reason generated the need to configure data privacy.
Available classifications: Contract execution, Legal obligation, Consent, Execution of public policies, Study by research entity, Regular exercise of law, Life preservation, Health guardianship, Rightful interest, and Credit protection.

Justification: Allows writing a justification for data request and the intended use purpose.

To enter a new classification and justification, click Add, next to the Classification and justification menu.

To delete, click theLixeiraicon, located to the right of the respective classification and justification.

03. Click Confirm to save the personal data.


Edit personal data  


01. In the Personal data page, locate the record to be edited.

02. Click Edit Alterar in the Actions column.

03. Edit the required information.

For more information on the fields, refer to the item, Add personal data.

04. Click Confirm to save changes.


Disable personal data


01. On the Personal data page, locate the record to be disabled.

02. In the line corresponding to the personal datum, click Disable, located in the Enabled column to change the status.

03. Click Disable in the confirmation prompt.

Disabled data are no longer monitored. However, all existing records are kept as history for audit purposes. 


Enable personal data


01. In the Personal data page, locate the record to be reenabled.

02In the line corresponding to the personal datum, click Enable located in the Enabled column to change the status.


View personal data

01. On the Personal data page, locate the record to view.

02. Click View  in the Actions column.

03. Enter the desired information.
