DSERTAF1-26446 DT Evento S-1210 gera XML com as TAG's <codRubr> e <ideTabRubr> sem conteúdo no layout 2.5

No layout 2.5, a geração do arquivo XML, em alguns grupos, o sistema gera as TAG's <codRubr> e <ideTabRub> sem dados, ainda, alguns grupos não gera a TAG <ideTabRub>.

Ajustado o tratamento para inclusão do registro para trabalhador sem vínculo.

O problema ocorre somente no layout 2.5 do e-Social.
