To set preference settings of the account, follow the steps below:
01. Click the gear icon next to the username;
02. Tap the Manage accounts option;
03. Tap the arrow (>) next to the account currently logged.
04. Preference options are shown as desired. The options are:
- Home screen: the page configured by the company administrator as the home page will be shown.
- Cache: allows defining how often the cache is cleared: 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes and 1 hour.
- Favorite document download: allow or deny document downloads.
- Daily synchronization of processes offline: allows defining the synchronization frequency: via Wi-Fi, or via Wi-Fi and data network.
- Automatic process synchronization: allows defining the frequency: disabled, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 1 hour.
- Theme: allows choosing the application theme color: green, yellow, pink, orange or gray.
- Use new timeline version in social: allows defining whether the new social timeline is used: yes or no.
- Cache: Clear company data.
