To search documents, follow the steps below:
01. In the root directory, select Search documents...
02. Enter the name of the document or the corresponding code;
03. A list of possible documents and subfolders containing the searched term will be shown;
04. Find the desired document and select it to open.
The more options icon is shown to the right of the document with more options:
- View document: allows viewing the document.
- Details: shows the document’s details, including the code, description, version, publisher and hits (specify hits).
- Open with... : allows opening default programs or others installed in the smartphone.
- Rename: allows renaming the viewed document.
- Delete: allows deleting the viewed document. When this option is selected, a confirmation message appears. Select Confirm to delete or Cancel to cancel the action.
