To view a document, follow the steps below:

01. Access the Documents menu item;

02. Tap the folder in which the document you wish to view was published;

03. Find the document to be viewed;

04. The document will open for viewing.

The more options  icon is shown to the right of the document with more options :

  • View document: allows viewing the document.
  • Details: shows the document’s details, including the code, description, version, publisher and hits (specify hits).
  • Open with... : allows opening default programs or others installed in the smartphone.
  • Rename: allows renaming the viewed document.
  • Delete: allows deleting the viewed document. When this option is selected, a confirmation message appears. Select Confirm to delete or Cancel to cancel the action.
