01. OVERVIEW
- This process requires the existence of the field Intermediator Code (C5_CODA1U) in the environment.
- When adding/editing a Sales Order:
- If field C5_INDPRES is different from 1, 2, 3, 4, or 9, the Intermediator field in the Sales Order (C5_CODA1U), must remain blank.
According to NT2020.006, the validation processes around the intermediator will start in production on September 1, 2021, and as of April 5, 2021, it will already be possible to approve these validations. Thus, the possibility of creating parameter MV_NT2006I was made available, through which the system administrator can inform a start date for data consistency.
This means that:
- If parameter MV_NT2006I is not created, the Sales Order will then validate the content in the fields starting April 5, 2021.
- If it is created, the validation of the fields' content will start on the date entered, which must not be later than September 1, 2021.
The presence indicator information is mandatory with NFe-Sefaz, regardless of the field (C5_INDPRES) not being mandatory in the system. This configuration being mandatory or not can be changed via configurator.
