01. OVERVIEW

The main purpose is to register the real estate properties of the rural producer for the system to create the LCDPR file.

02. MAIN SCREEN

Register the Properties involved in the customer's rural production.


On this screen, the operator can add a new property (and the third parties involved with this property) and view or edit a record.



When you add a new record and select one of the existing branches, the system automatically loads the branch record data (SMO), thus assisting you in registering a new property:



The screen also has an Alt. Operation option which differs from the Edit option by versioning the property record, allowing you to indicate changes to it. For example Property operation type, participation %, expiration date, and third party registration:




It is important to select the first version of the property record.

Action

Description

Delete

Deletes the record selected onscreen.

Print

Prints the record selected.

Property Complement

To register different CAFIRS the farm may have.


You must always access the Property Compl. screen from the first version of the property record:

From the Edit Property screen, access Other Features > Property Complement:


 
On this screen, you can indicate other Rural Property Codes (which differ from the one registered in the Property), different addresses, operation type, and participation %, besides registering third parties for each of these codes, if needed.

03. MAIN FIELDS AND PARAMETERS

Main Fields and Parameters

Code

Property code

Owner

Code of the owner added to the person record (Natural Person).

Operation

Type of operation of property by the owner.

Participation (%)

Percentage of operation of property by the owner.
This percentage (along with other percentages from third parties of this property) must not exceed 100% and:
In the case of individual operation, the percentage will be 100%;
In the case of non-individual operation (condominium or partnership), the percentage of this first declarant must not exceed 100%.

Property Name

Name registered in the Branch Registration (SM0)

Address

The property address in the Branch Registration

Number

The property number in the Branch Registration

Complement

The property complement in the Branch Registration

District

The property district in the Branch Registration

State

The property State in the Branch Registration

City Code

The city code in the Branch Registration

Postal Code

The postal code in the Branch Registration

Country

The property's country in the Branch Registration

Currency

The property currency in the Branch Registration

State Reg.

State Registration of property (if any) in the Branch Registration

CAFIR w/ VD

Rural property record with verification digit

CAEPF

Natural Person Economic Activity Registration. To extract this information in block 040 of LCDPR, the field must also be filled out in the Items row of the property record.

Blocked?

Indicate whether the property is blocked or not.

Version

Indicate whether the property has versioning to control data printed in block Q100 of the LCDPR file.

Validity St.

Indicate the start of validity of property version (to control data printed in block Q100).

Validity End

Indicate the end of validity of property version (to control data printed in block Q100).


04. GRID (THIRD PARTY DATA)

Field

Description

Person Code

Code of the third party in the person registration.

Name

Name of the property's third party.

Operation

Type of operation of property by the third party.

Participation (%)

Percentage of participation of the third party in property operation.

CAEPF

To indicate the Economic Activity Registration, if the person is also a declarant.
