Saving the exchange variation appropriation

01. OVERVIEW

In the exchange variation appropriation, the system saves a record in the SE5 table (Bank transactions) with field E5_TIPODOC = VM (Monetary variation). This record is linked to the bill, but does not change the bill balance because it is used only to book the period variation. Now, in the new table structure for the FKx family, this process is saved:

Example of saving the exchange variation appropriation process performed by Monetary Variation Booking (FINA350).

Scenario:

Bill payable added in Dollar, with rate of the day equal to 4.00.

Booking of the monetary variation performed with rate equal to 4.20.
