Speaking of the Cancellation component...

The Cancellation component indicates that the request was not fulfilled, but rather canceled. When the request is sent to this stage, it the request is automatically finalized, even if it has not gone through all possible stages of the process.
When consulting you query requests, the system identifies those that have been canceled are identified with the status Canceled and are listed lists them separately from those that have been finalized.

03. Click on Save draft – located on the right side of the top bar – to save the settings made in the Cancellation component.
