Speaking of the Cancellation component... 
The Cancellation component indicates that the request was not fulfilled, but rather canceled. When sent to this stage, the request is automatically finalized, even if it has not gone through all possible stages of the process.
When you query requests, the system identifies those canceled with the status Canceled and lists them separately from those finalized.
Configuring the Cancellation component
01. In the process diagram, click on the Cancellation component 
that you want to configure.
02. Define a title or name for the component that represents the end of the process due to cancellation, that is, where the request is canceled and finalized.
EXAMPLE
In a Vacation Request process, one of the stages is Manager Approval. If the manager does not approve the vacation, the request gets canceled. In this case, you could name the cancellation Vacation not approved by manager.
03. Click on Save draft – located on the right side of the top bar – to save the settings made in the Cancellation component.
04. In the message displayed, click on Ok, I understand.
