Speaking of creating view...

The views are used to display the content of a list in the each user's Home page. This is a dynamic way of displaying a table and its content for the users. It is possible to select only the fields that need to be viewed, and it is also possible to add filters to the results, so only the data really needed are displayed.

E.g.: The Users list has the following fields: Name, E-mail, Extension, ID, CPF and Home Address. The administrator has received a call to add this list to platform’s Home; however, some fields cannot be displayed due to the exposure level of the users entered. Because the ID, CPF, and Home address field data are personal. So the administrator creates a new view for the Employees list; but only Name, Extension and E-mail field data are displayed. The users' personal data will not be shown, so platform users will always have a list of contacts with extension and e-mail updated.
